Fruit is one of the best foods and has a high nutritional value, because it is very rich in mineral salts and vitamins.

It can be a delicious dessert, a food to end a meal, a sweet snack during the day, or a boost of energy to start the day at breakfast.

In addition to being an indispensable food for our well-being, each type of fruit has its beneficial therapeutic virtues and its medicinal properties.

They say tangerines help with insomnia, strawberries are recommended for stones and blueberries for vision and skin disorders and so on...

It is up to you to deepen the study of the individual properties of each type of fruit.
