THE PUMPKIN
The pumpkin is the lady of Fall Season. The different shades of orange that blend together with the leaves, the flowers, the trees and with everything that surrounds us during this time of the year.
The krispy fresh air that wakes up our senses and the first sweater after the hot summer... orange, yellow and brown colors bring a joyful and cozy atmosphere around us.
The pumpkin, creates a complete menù from the first course to the dessert, and with the right spice, like cinnamon, ginger, sage and more... gives the right kick to every dish and drink.
PUMPKIN PIE
Ingredients:
400 gr, Pumpkin (boiled)
3 eggs
110 gr, brown sugar
1 tea spoon of cinammon
1/2 tea spoon of ginger
1/2 tea spoon of salt
120 ml. of panna
Pasta frolla in a pan (put a little bit of oil, so it doesn't stick)
Mix everything together, put it inside the pan to fill it up.
Cook it at 180 Celsius for 45 minutes.
