The Royal Spice

Curcuma

This spice was not known so much in the world until a few years ago, but today it's an ingredient that lots of people use in the kitchen and in the wellness field also as medicinal plant.

Curcuma is native to South Asia and has been used in traditional oriental food and medicine for thousands of years. It brings color and flavor to the table but also good health. Some of the benefits are: antioxidant, purifying and anti-inflammatory. Two of the component of curcuma are Potassium and Vitamin C. It helps with digestion reducing intestinal gas and stimulates the appetite.



This orange powder is a real essence for health and the palate, but don't forget that as in everything we must not overdo it!

To flavor different dishes, turmeric (curcuma) and curry are the typical mix of Indian cuisine. It is also good as a tea.



Its bright orange color is truly autumnal

but it brings joy, aromatic scents and tasty flavors

to our homes all year round.
